Chris is the best of the best! My husband and I hired Chris to install our 90 gal tank and he did an amazing job and in record time. He was very honest with his pricing, but it was not outrageous. We are very pleased with the result and also for the fact that he took the time to educate us. It was clear that he he passionate about his work.

Exceeded our expectations. Great work, very personable and knowledgeable. Actually returned a day later to assist with a problem I had. It had nothing to do with his work but problem with the filter. He helped me order the part n I fixed it when it arrived. Without his advice I would have bought a brand new filter. We look forward to him taking care of our aquarium. Tom p

Chris was awesome! I’m newer saltwater hobbiest and have been sweeting over my 26 gallon aquarium unsure of its parameters. Chris was super responsive, punctual, and extremely professional. I highly recommend his service to anyone who needs help with their tank! I feel like I asked 60 questions and he answered them without a second thought. Any tank related instances that arise in the future, LotsaFishies will be the very first company I will call. Hands down, great experience and I HIGHLY recommend!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a determined based on the clients location, the amount of time/labor involved, and the amount of supplies needed.
The more frequently our services are used, the cheaper the per-visit price becomes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever possible we like to meet new customers face to face, get to know you, and figure out exactly what you are looking for so that we can come up with the perfect solution tailored to you.
For customers that already have an aquarium, we can often diagnose some issues over the phone or email, but seeing a tank in person is always the best way to diagnose and create a plan of attack.
For customers that are looking for an aquarium, we like to meet in person to see your space, to discuss your vision for the aquarium, and to work with you to create the perfect system for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has nearly 25 years of combined hands-on experience working with aquariums!
We have worked on aquariums as large as 2,000 gallons, and as small as Betta-bowls.
