AJ handled my call, and did an excellent job troubleshooting to identify the problem with my shop heater. I had the fan motor go out on my 7-year old Modine Hot Dawg gas heater . The new motor was ordered and was received in a matter of days. Once installed, my shop is now at a constant 70 degrees!

Our generator stopped working after a serious wind storm so we without any power in very cold weather. I called Comfort Hearing and Cooling and they were able to send out a tech within 24 hours. I was impressed considering the conditions. Our tech was on time, diagnosed the problem and we resolved the issue. Very impressed and we will be using Comfort moving forward

Speedy prompt and excellent service. AJ was our technician today and did an excellent job explaining what he found, what he did to correct our issue on our infrared heater, and what we need to do to maintain the system in the future to prevent the issue we had. Highly recommend!
