- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% cash discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give them a quote based on their description of what they need and schedule a cleaning time. When we show up, we confirm exactly what they want before we get started. When we're done, we have the customer inspect everything and we don't leave until we satisfactorily do what we agreed to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning houses for 20 years and schools for 7 years.
