Thank goodness I didn't try to install the shower fixtures myself. The fixtures I bought were incorrect and required cutting of pipe. And I now have a warranty for the product and workmanship.

Scott technition came by today as scheduled and gave me a quote which was a reasonable, so decided to go ahead and hire his service. Mike was the plumber for Scott's he was professional and did a great job with my very leaky pipe. Left everything clean. I would recommend Scott's plumbing! Many Thanks Mike for doing a great job.

This is what service should be. Our only toilet was completely out of commission and Scott scheduled an appointment for me within two hours of my calling. Mike arrived with a great, friendly attitude and completed the job without a hitch. Later, it was a pleasant surprise when the owner called to make sure I was satisfied. I was. They are professional in every way.

I have many years of education in the pipe trades field, and I am required by the state to continue my education to remain licensed. I also take advantage of all of the education opportunities that are available, and go above and beyond the states minimum requirements.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the plumbing company they hire are licensed plumbing contractors. "Only a licensed plumbing contractor can legally repair or install plumbing in Washington and Idaho."
