What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible with how to pay. Some clients want to pay at the end when I'm done and that works, some want to pay at the end of each day and that is also good with me. I do b large jobs with a 50 percent down and a 50 percent when completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go through their list of issues and solve them one at a time. I document the work for them to have pictures of their home being fixed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this with my own homes as a landlord.
