Jeff was great, friendly, and so easy to work with. I was expecting the typical "Steam cleaning experience" but was pleased with the alternative method of cleaning that Jeff uses. The carpet was dry in just a couple of hours.

I was very impressed by their work. He got stains out that I thought were permanent! He was very fast and the carpet was just barely damp afterwards! Did not have to pay a penny more than what I was quoted. Communication was great with this company as well! I would hire heaven's best again in a heartbeat!!

Make sure the process and products are safe for you, your family and pets. Can all your needs be met...carpets, upholstery, tile, etc. Are there any hidden charges? What extras are offered. Who is performing the work? Do they have the necessary insurance and are they licensed? What guarantee comes with the job?
