What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we just have a phone call where the customer explains their needs and hopes and the logistics get nailed down. Then when I get to the job I dive in and work my tail off!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My bachelors degree is an elementary education. My husband and I were small business owners for over 30 years. I am a mother of eight which gave me lots and lots of practice. Lastly, I have completed my residential certificate and attended coach training for professional organizers.
