Technician Curtis came out was incredibly to work with. We've had 3 different companies come out and try to assess our HVAC system that had major problems. The previous companies looked for 5 minutes and gave incomplete assessment of our problem. Curtis came out and did a very thorough inspection and came up with a very comprehensive plan to get us back up and running. He was very kind, professional and explanatory. He did not try to upsell me and actually discussed ways to save money on the repair. We are very pleased with his work ethic and ability to communicate clearly. We highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs and will be using them for all our future HVAC needs.

David Alonso from Top Notch serviced and resolved our plumbing issue even on a weekend late evening with frigid weather outside. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We even had a chance to reflect on some of our common Hispanic heritage-that was a hoot. David also took the time to diagram in detail the water flow dynamics of my home for me to troubleshoot potential problems in the future. The diagram is now hanging in my mechanical room. I was impressed with the technicians knowledge and his genuine concern for what I needed done. He approached finding a continuous leak in my water connections methodically on a process of elimination and addressed my concerns on the issue. He diagnosed the problem; had it fixed quickly. He also took time to check on other issues with my plumbing, to explain and make recommendations. Its comforting knowing who to call in the future!!
