Chris was great to work with! I hired him for a remodel project that was taking place. Chris always showed up to work with a positive attitude, was on time, and was efficient. The electrical work he did was excellent! I highly recommend Chris and plan on using him again for future projects!

I hired Bishop Electric for a simple Ethernet cable run. The install itself was quick, but afterward a speed test showed significantly reduced speeds. Since my provider was also having outages that day, I couldn’t immediately confirm the cause.
The technician offered to warranty the install and replace the cable if the problem turned out to be on his end. I paid before he left. The next day, I bought an Ethernet cable tester and confirmed the cable itself was faulty. I let him know right away, and he said he’d schedule a replacement the following week.
Two weeks later, I still hadn’t heard back, and I got no response to my follow-up messages either. I ended up replacing the cable myself.
On top of that, the original install was pricey for the time and complexity involved (roughly $150/hour). Between the unresolved warranty issue and the cost, I won’t be using Bishop Electric again.
