Nicole is amazing… she arrived on time and was here for quite a while. Never stopped cleaning. She is a true professional… my house looks awesome. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my bathrooms look so spotless. I definitely look forward to her next visit and continuing with many more.

Nicole did a great job on our move out cleaning!!! The place looked spotless and brand new. We left a bit of a mess but that was no problem for her. She did amazing and I’m sure we’ll have no issue getting our deposit back. It’s more affordable and you get just as much out of it as hiring a professional service. Definitely use her for your next cleaning!!

The Sparkle N Shine cleaning service did a wonderful job at my house. She was very kind and responsive and showed up on time. You could tell they were trying to do the job right and not just rushing to finish like some other cleaning services unfortunately do sometimes. We typically charge by the hour. For detailed cleaning or special requests, we charge by the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come see the project to give an accurate quote based on your personal needs. Most cleaning companies will give a list of things they will not clean in a home/business. As a company, we aim to please the customer and tackle any goal they have for us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years of experience in cleaning homes and businesses. I have had the privilege of being able to train and mentor a fantastic team that upholds an unmatchable standard when it comes to sparkle and shine!
