Pricing varies depending on project size and details.
Handyman job labor pricing :
$150 minimum
$250 for a four hour half day
$500 for 8 hour full day
Any travel time for trips to the store is included in this time . This pricing is for labor only and does not include materials.

Jack exceeded my expectations. He showed up on time and got right to work. He is highly skilled, much more than the typical handyman. He spent the entire day at my house and got an unbelievable amount of jobs accomplished. Some were tricky, but not for Jack. Besides his skills, Jack is so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend TVHM.

We hired Jack to do a restoration of our house after we had some flood damage. After we initially called him, he came right over at the exact time he said he would, provided us with a bid that was significantly lower than the other two we had, and then, after we hired him, kept in constant communication about materials needed and scheduling.
Once we scheduled him, he showed up on time every day (something I’ve found to be rare in the construction industry), was respectfully quiet (as he could be), incredibly personable (i.e., he is just a genuinely good guy, to where even my dog liked him), did excellent work (in our case, repairing dry wall and putting new tile into our master bath) in a very short amount of time, and left without a trace of having been here. Not only that, but he installed our new bathroom fan free of charge!
Thus I highly recommend working with him if you need some work done around the home, for he is multitalented - not to make a pun, but a Jack of all trades -, very easy to work with, and incredibly economical compared to many of the ‘big’ outfits.
