Five star service, Xpress Doorreplaced a 2 car and single car garagedoors and openers. They were reasonably priced and excellent install service. We had a minor issue with a door recently, they promptly responded and resolved the problem.

We completely understand your concern about the cost. In your case, the repair involved a full torsion spring conversion, which is a much larger upgrade than a standard spring replacement. The good news is that now your system is updated properly, and when the springs eventually wear out again down the road, future replacements will be significantly less expensive and much simpler.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Xpress Door believes in clear, upfront pricing. Because every garage door system and repair is different, we first inspect the problem, explain what needs to be repaired and provide the price before starting any work. We never perform additional work without the customer’s approval.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what problem you’re experiencing and scheduling a convenient service time. Our technician inspects the complete garage door system, identifies the cause of the problem and explains the available repair options. Once approved, we complete the repair, test and balance the door, check the safety systems and make sure everything is operating properly before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have hands-on training and field experience with residential and commercial garage door systems. This includes torsion springs, cables, rollers, tracks, garage door openers, safety sensors, door balancing, troubleshooting and complete garage door installations. We focus on proper installation techniques and safe repair procedures.
