- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Trust Worthy and Fair company. Our Standard Prices are equal to all Swimming Pool/Spa Owners. Maintenance pricing depends on the overall size of the Pool and how often the customer wants the Swimming Pool/Spa Serviced. Any Construction Project is fully discussed with the customer and the Price is given based on the scope of the Project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love adding new Customers to our Roster:) Our Process is simple and Professional. First, When the customer reaches out to us we note down their information and we set up a time and date for an in-person estimate. During the Estimate the technician fully inspects the Swimming Pool/Spa and advices the customer on what was inquired and what should be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Owner Joel has been in the Swimming Pool Industry for over 25 years, Learning all the ins-outs to the Business he was able to retire as an employee and build ProBlue Pools inc.
