We hired Robert at pro masonry do a small but very detailed oriented job. He was very ,very detailed and took his time to match different colors of bricks. Made it look like there was never a open space. Not to mention, his work ethic. He showed up on Dec. 23 and Dec24. I highly recommend him for any masonry . We couldn't have been happier to have hired him.

We had masonry work done on our foundation around our entire house. Robert was a polite conscientious worker. He arrived early every morning putting in a full days work until the job was complete. He cleaned up the work site at the end of every day. Most important he did a great job on our foundation. We couldn't be happier with his work! We would highly recommend Pro Masonry and Tile and will be using his services again for repairs on our chimney. 5 stars!

Robert is hard working and took on a big job will skill and excellent effort. He has completely exceeded my expectations.
He leveled my concrete floor beautifully before tiling and gave great advice about adding a substrate.

Robert is very punctual and true to his word. Spent time on a job well done. We had him re-caulk our main window and coat the surrounding brick with a water seal. So far, so good. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project and situation is unique when it comes to pricing, but I can assure you Pro Masonry & Tile has some of the best prices around. We always understand our customers circumstances and try to work with everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will communicate with the customer first through thumbtack then by phone, and work out a price we are both happy with and work out any details and concerns the costumer may have. Then I will set a date to start work that works for the costumers schedule. Then the work begins
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Masonry Specialist, and I continue to train at local 21 Bricklayers & allied craft workers union hall. I am certified in fireplace & chimney/ blueprint reading/ scaffold/masonry/ OSHA 30 hour safety & health course. And more. I have certification card on hand.
