I was devastated on Saturday when I discovered mold in my basement. It was already so late in the day, I had no expectation that I could even attempt to resolve the problem before Monday. But, I reached out on Thumbtack to 800 Water Damage and received a quick response. They were there inspecting early the next day and had completely finished the abatement before noon on Monday! I was so thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. I was also happy with their inspection and suggestions for additional work to be done. I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem. The price was very reasonable!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with the customer to provide discounts on mold or visible growth remediation projects to ensure the fees for are fair for all parties involved. Water damage projects are approached in the same manner as mold or visible growth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the customer to gain an understanding of the issue and tailor our remediation efforts to meet their final expectations. During the job, we'll provide constant updates to keep the customer informed of the process. When the job is completed, we'll make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with the work that's been performed before payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for Water Remediation, EPA & State Lead Paint, AMRT (Mold Remediation), FSRT (Fire and Smoke Remediation), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), and OSHA 10 (Safety) Certified. We're also a Lead & EPA, and IICRC Certified firm.
