Tropical Storm Olga hit IL while I was out of town and I came home to a basement with a foot of water. I messed with the breaker to the sump pump with no luck, then reached out to Joe via Thumbtack message. Left my house to go get a transfer pump while I was out Joe called and I told him the problem, he said he could have someone out that night and told me up front what price would be for the service call and replacement pump. I agreed and went home to find the pump had kicked on while I waa s goneand all the water was gone. I called Joe back and updated him and he said no problem and terminated the service call with no charge. I really appreciated his promptness and willingness to work on such short notice especially on a Sunday night. -ER Orland Park
