While there, found problems with initial installation (LONG time ago) and fixed it, no additional charge (had to run to Home Depot for parts even). Helped moving some tanks (unrelated) for me, no charge. Was there right on time - called in advance to let me know he was on way. Could not ask for more. Even swept up furnace room to leave it cleaner than when he got there. Polite, explained everything as they went along. If everyone worked this way, we wouldn't need these services!
