FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly is $95 and trip charge (for the 1st visit only) of $65. Usually we are not out an hour and charges run about $145 --This will always depend on the product, time involved, if parts are needed and we have to make a second visit.... We try to be reasonable and work with our clients! We always try to go over the machine prior to coming out for a service call. Our goal is always to educate the customer and not just take their $ ! We love what we do and we like to do good work! Our price structure is different when 2 techs are needed on a move. We have had off time and built furniture and when we are in the area and our techs have time the pricing is different because it is usually small and about an hour or less of work --pending on the job. Let us know how we can help! Contact us anytime Thanks for being our clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to be very transparent! It always helps to know your machine: Make & Model of the machine we are working on. This will help us determine how long it would take to work on. *If your belt does not move--** usually you will need a part. * If your machine slips---don't keep using it --get a tune up as soon as possible. We are here to help our customers understand their machines. Our typical process is to go over everything with the customer so their machine lasts a long , long time! We can get any machine fixed or rebuilt! What we have to all factor in is : The cost of the machine vs parts/ labor. We always do this accessment with our customers!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 20 years + experience and certifications for all major manufacturers in the U.S. and even European certifications for machines outside of the U.S. that are sold here! We have seen it all! We have worked on so many machines usually we can even identify noises over the phone.
