- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer a quote up front and it is typically an hourly rate plus the cost of materials, if any.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure I understand exactly what they need. This involves different processes based on the project. Often things can easily be discussed over text or by phone call; sometimes it will involve meeting in person. Once all the details are worked out I will get to work. Most projects can be completed within a weeks time, some only a day or two, rarely more than a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lifetime of experience and a high school home ec class.
