How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've wanted to be a newspaper reporter since I was in high school. After my first reporting job after college I wanted a little more. As a part-time National Guard Soldier I became a full-time Soldier in the public affairs. This expanded my writing skills to include community relations, media relations, social media and a little graphic design.
