Wow. I wasn’t certain that specific stains would come out. Frank was quick to respond, easy to work with polite and best of all my house looks and smells better than in some time. Frank is a great guy who I will tell all my family and friends about. The only problem with his work is that my wife will never believe that I could clean the house that well. The CEO of the company came out to do the work. He was late. Then he said it would take a couple hours but ended up being closer to 5 hours. He sent me the invoice late at night, while I was home sleeping. I came to work the next morning and saw the work that was done. What he did, he did great. But unfortunately - he missed a lot of spots. And where the clean floor ended, you could see the dirt. He then proceeded to call my cell phone during work over and over - then the office to obtain payment. He then threatened to call the police on us if we did not pay. We did pay with in 24 hours, but as a business - people do not pay at the drop of a hat (or a threat). We have a lot more flooring to do - I will never use this company again. Please be aware, the work is sloppy and when you do not pay the instant he sends the invoice, he will harass and threaten you!Aug 25, 2017Frank G.'s reply
While I appreciate the review, I feel there is much to be clarified. This service was provided as a B2C, not B2B wherein a business account would be created in order to provide terms for payment. That said, payment for services to a B2C customer are required immediately after services are completed, which was agreed upon by the office manager. I called her for payment when I was done with the areas requested to be cleaned (avoiding areas with sensitive items, or under the desks as instructed). She advised she would handle payment first thing in the morning. When I did not hear from her, I attempted to call both her cell and office phone, where I was hung up on repeatedly. It wasn't until the end of business that day that I notified the company that if payment was not received within 24 hours I would need to file a report with authorities, due to the consistent avoidance of my calls. Had the company requested a B2B account, immediate payment requirements could have avoided.
Frank was awesome. He got some areas a previous cleaner didn't and it looks great, smells great. Had our carpets cleaned two years ago and hadn't realized how dirty they were until we walked on the carpet after Frank's cleaning. Massive difference. Thanks!Aug 2, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is not complicated. Our basic service includes pre-treatment, agitation, dwell time, and steam cleaning with a deodorizer. We offer pet odor and urine remediation, as well as scotchgard treatment at a per square foot price each.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I attend classes throughout the year at Jon Don, in Roselle, IL
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I had previous experience with carpet cleaning and floor restoration, so when I was able to start my own business, I wanted to do something that would benefit others and improve the health of my customers. It is also something that my wife and I can do together, which is an additional benefit to me.
