- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified in both culinary and yogic fields, having received my degree in culinary arts from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, and completed my yoga teacher training from the world famous Moksha Yoga School.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both cooking and yoga are (to me), means to the same end: Peace of body and mind. My aim is to empower my clients to have the lifestyle they desire by allowing the individual to make informed personal choices with the confidence gained by having an experienced professional to guide those choices.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
