We hired these ladies for our move-in clean. We were told it's a very detailed clean with all the trims cleaned, inside of the cabinets cleaned and obviously the bathrooms and floors. We were very disappointed. We didn't get much of a walk through because we arrived late, but my husband did a quick one with the manager and they didn't even clean the den with packages in it (just a few). What they did was cleaned AROUND it, the den closet wasn't clean at all. It's like they did half ass lazy job. Later on I find out, (btw this house is completely empty- it should be the easiest clean ever!) the upstairs bathroom was barely cleaned. The toilet bowl still had multiple stains in it (gross) the inside bathroom cabinets weren't cleaned either. Our patio door (inside part) had stains all over the windows. I honestly don't know what I paid them for except maybe to sweep the floors and give it a very very light clean. We also had one of our light bulbs become loose from our chandelier which Tanya happily provided us a new one. She sensed our disappointment and offered the same clean again for when we settle for $85-95 but honestly if our bathrooms can't even be clean (which I can easily clean) then I'm not going to bother dropping more money.Feb 13, 2017VerifiedTanya J.'s reply
Hi Miriam sorry you still feel this way. I explained to you before we cleaned that with a move in clean, everything needs to be up off of the floor in closets and rooms and when we got there you said it's ok just go around it, but when your husband came and started talking to you on the phone, you changed the story and told him that you told us to lift everything up and go up under there. That's not what me and you discussed. I offered to come do another clean once you moved in because you had soooo much dust do to all the projects going on in the house with your contractors, so I was actually giving you a discount on a second clean, not because I felt that you were disappointed but because I was trying to be nice to you guys because you had everybody in the house trying to do everything at one time. Before I left your husband did a walk through and said everything was fine and I haven't heard anything other than that. So sorry you were not happy with your service.
