Dug up old flag pole and re-installed new flag pole. If you can find a nicer and more professional fellow you better hire them. I'll stick with Dale's company.

Dale did a great job repairing and finishing the hole in our ceiling where a worker had stepped through the sheet rock in the kitchen. Now completed, you can't even see that it was ever damaged. He was on time and even called on his way here. When I have need of a good repairman I will most definitely use Dale again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Dale did an excellent job, and literally worked from early morning until really late at night, in order to complete the job the way we wanted it.
In fact after he was halfway done painting a huge deck, I decided I didn't like the color and wanted it darker, not only did he not mind redoing it, he drove me to Home Depot to pick out a new color and even talked the salesman into giving me a $25.00 discount!!

My prices are based upon amount of time and quality of the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction is important. Its always easier dealing with someone who knows what they want as apposed to someone who doesnt care or isnt sure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Only experience. Wanted to become more familiar with what I was doing so I leaned the cleaning element for oils, stains, varnish, laquirs, polyurethanes and latex paints.
