FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, and equitable, and is based on the distance I must travel to reach the wedding locale, and how much time is involved in singing the engagement. A base fee of $500.00 should be expected for my services. This would include two selections at the service -- usually one song is offered as the Bride's parents are being seated, and a second at the conclusion of the exchanging of the rings. These are sacred moments and , in my opinion, deserve the best musical offering one can conceive of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you were to ask me to sing at your wedding, I would ask you what selections you wanted to have sung --usually two are normal for the traditional service. I would assume you would be using the organ at the church, so I would send your chosen selections to be sung to the organist of the church in advance -- no rehearsal would be necessary if the organist is competent. I would sing, and following the service I would leave. It's all quite simple. If additional music is desired, at the reception, for example, I would need to arrange with you the numbers chosen and the additional fee --which we would negotiate fairly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all the credentials that I need to be qualified as one of the world's foremost classical artists in my category, which is that of an operatic Bass-baritone. I am widely commercially recorded on such record labels as RCA, Camden, Teldec, Centaur, and more. My professional singing has taken me to the foremost opera houses, concert stages and symphonies of he world.
