- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Call for a free quote! I require a 20% non-refundable deposit sent to me 7 days preferably before the party, since weekends are the busiest and fill up very quickly. The balance is due at time of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting them know that my materials are professional and safe. I arrive early to set-up. I customize designs if requested for special themes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have continued to oil paint in my private studio. I do chat with other face painters for up-to-date ideas, techniques, and supplies. I'm always practicing new designs to make new sample boards with. I watch videos, live-streaming on the computer to keep up with the latest designs.
