Concept Crafters is a luxury renovation and custom build firm for Barrington, South Barrington, Inverness, and the surrounding suburbs. We do full-scope work — whole-home renovations, custom kitchens and baths, additions, ground-up builds — for people building the home they plan to keep, not flip. I’m an owner-builder who’s bought, built, and lived in these homes myself. Every project is held to The Owner’s Standard, a written spec covering materials, fastening, moisture, and envelope detailing for the Illinois climate. We take a limited number of jobs and respond fast. Not the cheapest bid — the one you can point to in writing.
