What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require 50% down and the remainder at the time of completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep new clients calm while explaining exactly what they are really dealing with and how we will remediate their mold infestation. We discuss the price and process to remediate toxic mold that includes a 10 year warranty.
