What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No paint project is the same and I always conduct a thorough quote to assure an accurate assessment of what the project entails.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to art school and attained my BFA. While going to school I started my painting business with a collapsible grocery cart. I provided excellent work at fair prices and the business I started to get through school turned in to a 5 person operation that has a 97% referral based client base. I have stuck with and grown my business, never forgetting to implement the service and quality every job deserves so that we may deserve your business in the future.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a painting and decorating company that can help you with all aspects of your project. We do interior/exterior repair, finish carpentry and help with design ides. We work with designers, builders, and clientel with particular needs as well customers who are looking to complete their project on a budget who want clean and neat work.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed a project which included the entire inside and out of a 4500 square foot home. It took me and my entire crew 22 days to complete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise a customer looking for a painter to contact references, get three in person quotes and make sure the company cares enough to have insurance.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should think about the level of detail they are looking for and what kind of products will be used. Most importantly they should be concerned about whether or not the candidate has an insurance policy, what kind and who the provider is. We use State Farm. In 16 years we have not had a claim because safety and protecting out customers homes is a huge priority.
