- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before getting started, I like to connect with each client through a quick phone call and an in-person consultation. This helps me understand your specific goals and the unique needs of your space. Consultations usually take between 20 minutes and an hour, though larger projects may take a little longer. When you’re ready to move forward, sessions are booked at an hourly rate of $80 to $120, with a minimum of three hours per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Linear Living, we know that letting someone into your home is personal, and building trust is the foundation of every successful project. That’s why we start with a friendly call to get to know you and talk through your goals. From there, I'll schedule an in-person consultation to better understand your space and what will make you feel most comfortable throughout the process. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your priorities, style, and any products that may help - such as bins, baskets, or closet organizers - so everything is ready before your session begins. All conversations and details shared are kept strictly confidential, and we move at a pace that feels right for you. Once a session is booked, I will listen closely, guide you every step of the way, and help turn your space into one that feels calm, organized, and uniquely yours.
