I'm lucky to be able to offer my clients the opportunity to train out of my house as well as a studio in Vernon Hills, it allows clients to do what is most affordable for them. I have the ability to adapt to each clients needs and goals while coaching you throughout the process on your entire health and fitness lifestyle. Not only do I have experience with Personal Training, but also rehabilitation experience which allows each client to know they will reach their goals in a safe way. I will also guide you on nutrition and making it a fun & comfortable experience . Each client gets customized workouts necessary for success. I go above and beyond to get your goals accomplished, because when you do accomplish them I know I did my job, and then we can work on your next goal! I have been training for 8 years, and there is not a day goes by when I don't love what I do. I enjoy having the ability to work with clients and change their lives in many ways. I'm passionate about what I do and love working with clients of all ages and levels.

The difference between Lindsay and other trainers is that Lindsay does not see you as a dollar sign. She views each of her clients as individuals that want to lead a healthy and active lifestyle, and she knows that she is the key to their success. She will go above and beyond any means to help you understand your body. However the guidance does not just stop at the gym. For example, Lindsay will go with you to the grocery store and show you what foods you should be buying to incorporate into your diet. She will personally check up on you throughout the day to make sure you are staying on track with your eating. With Lindsay you do not only get a trainer, you develop a friend. The best decision you can make for yourself is to hire Lindsay as your personal trainer. I know it was mine.

Lindsay is the best trainer around! She tailors workouts and routines based around your personal goals as well as where she thinks you need improvement. Workouts range from standard weight training to circuits pushing you to the limits! I wouldn't want anyone but Lindsay helping me get in the best shape possible. I can't thank her enough!

I've only known Lindsay for a few weeks and I already love working with her! She's super friendly and training with her is actually fun. Her workouts are perfect for me, just the right amount of intensity but not too exhausting. She's super flexible and is always willing to go the extra mile for me as a new client. She understands that my weight loss journey is a LIFESTYLE change, so she's very reasonable with workouts and dieting. And she's always happy to help if I have questions outside of our sessions. She eases you in to workouts, customizing them based on your needs. Most importantly, she keeps you MOTIVATED. When you need that little push, she's always there for you. I highly recommend her and can't wait to see more results in my near future!!

Lindsay is an amazing trainer! She literally changed my lif she is very intuitive as to the needs and desires of each individual client! Her training is multi-faceted and she has a physical therapy background as well. I have been beyond thrilled with my longtime experience with her.

Hiring Lindsay at Get Fit Training was the best decision of my life. Thanks to her help not only do I look better, I feel better! She's so much more than just a trainer. She holds me accountable, helps with my nutrition, and never lets me give up. I enjoy training with her, and genuinely look forward to our sessions.
