I have a 60yr old concrete pool which was in need of a complete renovation which included plastering the entire pool. Richards team, under the leadership of Carlos, ground down the pool, built up the crumbling sides, laid a new tile line and plastered my pool. They installed new skimmers and return lines. They found faulty electrical lines that were installed years ago and installed new safe lines to our pump house electrical. We would recommend Richard and his team. Everyone who worked on his team was courteous, friendly and willing to help us with any concern and need.

I had a another company that did our pool opening and I was not happy with their communications or their professionalism. Richard and Carlos were very responsive to me messages on Thumbtack, answered my specific questions as a new pool owner, came and took a look at the pool beforehand with me and discussed what they would do beforehand. They texted to remind me the day before as well. As a new pool owner, they explained to me what they were doing during the pool closing and were very professional. And their price for the service was less expensive than the other companies who had given quotes.
