Outstanding and timely service in an emergency situation!
Premier Water Heaters helped me quickly with a difficult situation I was in. My two-year old Bradford White tankless heater finally quit on me after two in-warranty repairs and I decided to finally change it with a Rinnai tankless. Danny from Premier Water Heaters was able to accommodate me in his schedule right away, understandig that a family of 4 is quite inconvenienced without hot water. Danny arrived on time, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, rearranged the water, gas and exhaust pipes to fit the Rinnai tankless, installed it and tested it. His pricing was very reasonable compared to two of the other "big" company quotes that I got. The Rinnai works flawlessly ever since.

Excellent Water Heater Replacement Service!
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The technicians were professional, on time, and really knew what they were doing. They explained everything clearly, removed my old water heater, and installed the new one quickly and cleanly. The price was fair, and they even checked all the connections to make sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.
It’s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with friendly customer service, but they nailed it. My hot water is working perfectly, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing water heater replacement or maintenance.
