- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have my own prices and I also am a member of massage advantage and I am excepting new clients who have or want this membership. It's affordable and offers great discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each new customer. I do a medical history for to make sure they don't have any medical conditions that would be a contraindication that would prevent them from getting massage. I also do a brief intake meeting to learn about them and what they are looking for and want to obtain from there massage session or treatment plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every 2 years we have mandatory CEU classes that we have to complete to keep our license active. I have a large variety of different CEU's please view my LinkedIN profile or website.
