Introduction: I provide counseling and psychotherapy for individual adults and couples. My scope of practice includes a wide variety of concerns, but my specialty areas include the following: 1. Couples counseling and marriage counseling for those who are struggling with communication, conflict, getting their needs met, emotional intimacy, infidelity and/or co-dependency issues 2. Women's reproductive health and mental health issues, including coping with gynecological conditions and disorders such as the following: * PMS/PMDD * PCOS * STDs * Endometriosis * Adenomyosis * Pelvic prolapse * Perimenopause * Menopause * Migraines * Surgical experiences * Miscarriage * Birth trauma * Postpartum depression and anxiety and other gynecological complications and issues 3. Grief and bereavement counseling for those who have experienced a loved one's death due to addiction-related trauma I also provide counseling and therapy services to adults who are dealing with the following issues/concerns: * Trauma * Anxiety * Depression
