- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No it's really quite simple, if you know what your doing. There are certain percentages restaurant owner need to maintain in order to generate a profit, pay employees on time, state taxes and etc. A experienced operator knows those margins
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Where is what you could expect once you have reached out to us. 1. We will contact back in hopes of setting up an initial consultation. Our goal is to try and completely understand the event, your theme, your budget, and the type of catering you seek. 2. If we have a meeting of the minds, we will then send you a detailed quote based on the information you have received. We will also offer to send references, and request that you go online to see some of our over 250 outstanding reviews. 3. Once you have seen the proposal, we could discuss a possible tasting, if it applies to your event. 4. We are the ONLY caterer that only requests a $100-$300 deposit. ALL other caterers request 20-25% down. Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible.
