I am skilled at all phases of remodeling with commercial and residential experience. He did an amazing job in installing 6 of my interior doors. He was extremely responsive and showed up as expected and on top of it was very good at what he does. I would love to have him work on more of my house projects.

We had our normal contractor work on these toilets 3 times. He just kept adding wax seals. RJ Loos properly added an extension to bring the height properly to the floor. We are happy with the excellent work.

Bob did a beautiful job on our basement remodel (installing new drop ceiling and recessed lighting, new flooring in laundry room, new doors, painting). He's skilled, reliable, flexible and a pleasure to work with. While doing our project, he also handled some smaller carpentry tasks in other areas of our house. Our stair banister was missing a spindle--an odd size. Over the weekend, he fabricated one that fit perfectly--a nice surprise.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a small contractor with low overhead and I do a lot of the work myself and this helps me to give much lower estimates than a big company. I have been a carpenter for 30 years. I also have a licensed electrician and plumber who work with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your house and business and give you a free estimate for the work you would like done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
