Great product to use if you are concern of indoor air quality. AIR KRETE has great characteristics to sound, mold proof, mildew proof. We also provide attic tune up with cellulose insulation and a combination of AIR KRETE.

We had a playroom over our garage that was poorly constructed and freezing in the winter. We received a couple of quotes and each company had different ideas for the scope of work. Alfredo actually visited our home twice as there was some confusion on what needed to be done between my husband and I. Alfredo was efficient and extremely thorough in his explanations. He checked in after the quote and even offered to review the other quotes to make sure we were getting the best value regardless if we chose his company. We didn’t get around to doing the project last year but his prior customer service was the reason we called Alfredo as soon as the weather started to turn this year. He was able to recall the quote, review the scope of work and get us on the schedule. He was out over the weekend and went above and beyond to be sure our space was well insulated. While his quote was more expensive than others, his product is far superior. The temperature difference was immediately noticeable. The construction area was left clean and there were no unexpected charges. I would highly recommend!

My wife and I discovered that part of our finished basement had no insulation installed. Through Thumbtack we quickly found Alfredo and Midwest GREENsulation. They responded immediately to my request and we very quickly were able to set up an estimate appointment and then a project date. Alfredo and his team worked quickly and efficiently and did a wonderful job installing insulation and fixing an existing drywall problem we had. After having several projects done with other contractors I can easily say that my experience with Midwest Greensulation was the smoothest process and I would definitely work with this company again int the future!

I had Midwest Greensulation come out and give me a quote to insulate both of my attic crawl spaces and install a bathroom vent fan . Alfredo came out and showed me all the inefficiency in my attic spaces using a thermo meter and took the time explain the airflow in my attic and showed me the places where I was losing energy . He was very patient and answered all my questions . He explained the products they used , which were all green , allergen and environment friendly and quoted me a fair price . After that , we called Midwest Greensulation to come out and do the Job . They were able to come out quickly (2 days later ) they were on time and very professional. Laid tarps and plastic sheets throughout work area to make sure the rest of the house stayed clean . Got all the work done in a fast timely manner . Cleaned everything up and didn’t leave a mess . Alfredo showed me pics of the work they have done , before and after which was well above my expectations . I highly Recommend this company . I plan on having them come back out in the spring Time to insulate my basement crawl space

I have used Alfredo Alvarez many times as a sub-contractor on my larger projects. I have always found him professional, creative in solutions for difficult applications. He is thorough in knowledge, history and scope of all insulation products. He understands ventilation and weather proofing procedures. I find him very fair in pricing.
