I'm flexible with clients. It really depends on how many hours per week they want to train.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I'll interview them in order to find out what their personal fitness & self defense goals may be. Find out if there are any physical limitations or previous injuries I need to be aware of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 40 years off martial arts instructor & physical fitness coaching experience.
