FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price list. I taylor everything to the client. This way they have the most flexibility when making a purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first thing I'd like to find out is what the client actually needs. I get very annoyed with photographers who try to oversell the client. I only want to offer the client what they want and can actually use. After I establish what the client actually wants and needs I show the client options that fit within their guidelines. Then we make plans for the photography. At the same time we set an appointment to meet with the client to pre-view the images and make their selections. Turn around time on prints is 2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken many hands on seminars and workshops from some of the top photographers in the country. I feel that with the education I've received I can thrill my clients with my work.
