Awful. They will lie about the cost of hardwood floor refinishing in order to con you into doing a wood laminate floor over it (they tried to pull the same thing on my mom, too). They won't transition the flooring to your exterior door thresholds, so there will be huge gaps there. They broke one of the $30 matching wood laminate thresholds in 3 places and didn't replace it. They left a noticable chunk of wood laminate flooring missing in the corner by my fireplace. They scratched up my brand new acrylic kitchen sink washing their tools in it after I told them there was a hose right outside, and they left grout haze all over the kitchen backsplash. They tiled my kitchen floor too, and there's loose tiles, many areas of missing grout, and they didn't even bother mortaring or grouting the tile under the fridge, then just rolled the fridge over it to try to hide it. Left thick grout haze all over the floor too, and smeared mortar and grout all over my cabinets and trim, which they didn't bother cleaning off. There's more, but I think you get the idea. I can't say I recommend them.

No price we send is the actual price.. there is no way to tell until we come out and estimate.. we either offer same day or next day service on estimates..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a phone call.. then a time is set up to meet at the job location.. we talk about what the customer wants and expects, we offer our professional options , and opinions. Help with order the materials , pick up the materials for the customer.. we strive to make your project a pain free one.. If it’s an insurance claim we can handle that too.. the contractor always works for the customer ..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience installing floors.. my training comes from sweat, blood and tears..
