- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No price we send is the actual price.. there is no way to tell until we come out and estimate.. we either offer same day or next day service on estimates..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a phone call.. then a time is set up to meet at the job location.. we talk about what the customer wants and expects, we offer our professional options , and opinions. Help with order the materials , pick up the materials for the customer.. we strive to make your project a pain free one.. If it’s an insurance claim we can handle that too.. the contractor always works for the customer ..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience installing floors.. my training comes from sweat, blood and tears..
