- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm the cheapest around, I also will work with you depending on how big or small the cleaning is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually set up a day and time where I come and do a walk-thru of your home. I then get an idea of everything you want cleaned, also the specific places and ways you want your home cleaned. I then give you an estimate and if you accept, I set up an appointment for your first house cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning my whole life, but I have had my cleaning business since 2017. I enjoy not only cleaning, but getting to know my clients and being able to help them with things they just can't do or get to anymore.
