- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No easiest for the customer the better and them knowing I'll stick to my end relaxes them.The first thing my uncle taught me at 15 was to always be honest or you won't make it in this business long
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No different than any other customer! Every customer needs to be treated with dignity and respect and above all fair on pricing! I've worked with customers who say how can their be such a difference in pricing from one pro to the next? I don't do this to get rich. I love this work and I treat my customers the way I would want a pro to treat my own mother
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always looking at products to simplify and sometimes cheaper to make the job easier faster and better
