The technician was nice, knowledgeable, and made sure to ask me what questions I had. Only reason I didn't give the 5th star is that he was running 30 minutes late and seemed to check things fluidly, from experience, just seemed without a formal, pre-defined checklist or any technical instrumentation. That said, I had no prior knowledge of pools or spas, so hard for me to judge. Solid overall.

We bought a new house that came with a pool and hot tub. Cesar came out to do the initial cleaning, gave me a tutorial, and reviewed the products left behind by the previous homeowner.
