Loop & Knot was very professional in how they handled my crochet tablecloth repair. She explained all of the cost upfront, and I thought it was reasonable. She charged a small fee to do an initial inspection and then contacted me to explain what would come next. Very responsive and trustworthy. I would go to Loop & Knot again
