Although they took almost two weeks to get back to me with my estimate they were immediately ready to come out to my house afterwards. They removed some very large limbs hanging over my and my neighbor's house within 4 hours. Bull's employees also noticed a another large and partially hollow limb in a high and worrisome position and quickly notified me with a video they took and offered to take it down for an additional cost. Couldn't afford to pay what I did once over and half again so thanked them for their work and keen eye and let them go. The work they did was good and thorough and they didn't leave a mess. Below are the photos I was sent with the quote and they had me pay 1,000 for that. Good price, I'd say!

We are 100% satisfied with the service we received. 1) It was the best bid out of the three we received. 2) Followed up promptly with emails & phone conversations. 3) We were impressed by the new, high tech equipment used (it helped workers to do a better & more efficient job). 4) We are very satisfied with the work that was done. Took 4 trees down in 4 hours. Completely cleaned up, including the street before they left. Due to rain had to come back to grind the stumps. The first day there was no rain they came back to grind the stumps, clean up, apply top soil & seed. It looks amazing! We HIGHLY recommend your services.

These guys are great! They cut down 2 really large trees and did a fantastic job. Left my yard looking perfect. They were fast and reasonably priced too. What else could you want?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with an intro call to gather info, understand client goals, and coordinate an on site estimate. After an on site estimate is complete we will email or text an estimate within 24 hours. Upon acceptance, we will coordinate a start date that works for the client.
