I had a longstanding issue with my treadmill that Tomie solved in about 15 minutes—maybe less! I’d previously had a repairman out to work on it who seems to have missed the issue. I’ve had the treadmill for 6 months and couldn’t use it until Tomie found the problem. Additionally he educated me on how to care properly for it including how to take care of the belt. I can’t speak highly enough of his services. Finally I can use my machine and I am thrilled. Thank you!

Tome was very professional and looked at the equipment thoroughly. He provided honest advice which is very beneficial to us from safety and cost perspective. He also helped us move equipment to garage. Overall, a great customer service and would leverage his services again.

Tome was outstanding. He worked diligently trying to repair my 30+ year old treadmill and determined that the control panel was not repairable due to the age of the unit. He then disassembled the unit to enable its disposal and then carried the individual parts up one floor to my garage, for disposal. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of fitness equipment as well. I would rate him 10 stars if the system allowed it. All work performed at a very reasonable cost.

Tome was excellent! He came and assessed the issue and did a thorough analysis of the treadmill. He was able to conclude that the motor was not even pulling the belt and that it is more than likely due to the motor being two years old and malfunctioning. I appreciate his attention to detail and his ability to
Diagnose the issue swiftly. Thank you
