I am your attorney. I am the one, personally handling your transaction to make sure everything goes smoothly. I have over 15 years of experience helping clients throughout Chicagoland.
I have experience not only in Real Estate Transactions, purchase or sale of businesses and drafting contracts of all types, but also have the unique perspective of also being a litigation attorney, so that I can advise against any possible liabilities as well.

I recently bought a house, and Cortne Anway was my attorney. I heard about her from some friends who used her on their house. They said she pulled off the impossible. All i wanted was a smooth transaction, and to not get screwed. Apparently for her, those are low expectations. She saved me thousands, saved the deal which was going south, made sure their was an inspection and helped me avoid pitfall after pitfall. There isn't enough room to write about every pitfall she helped me avoid :) I've had the house for 2 years, i do not have buyer remorse. She's direct, honest, and fought for things i didn't think i could get, a got them for me. Most importantly, she worked with me, answered my calls and questions and broke things down. Since then i have also had her draw up my Will.

I hired Cortne (Apex) to help sell my home. I had lived there for almost 23 years. She walked me through the process and al the legal docs. She was always available by phone or email to answer my questions. Selling my home was emotional and difficult. She made it comfortable and I knew she was looking out for me. I would definitely recommend her.
