If you're looking for a challenge, and if you're ready to be in excellent shape, come in and try our workout, which is based off the personal training routine of Chris Tickle. (This prepares him for his professional fights.) There's no personal contact when you're doing the workout. A pair of boxing gloves and a strong mindset are all you will ever need for our class. This will get you through the most rewarding and toughest workout you'll ever do! We, at One Step Fitness, all workout together. Women and men alike are each pushing one another to succeed. All we request is that you open your mind and do the best you can, and we'll provide results.
