Using this, with a combination of cognitive techniques, Shannon treats not only what the body needs, but taps into the needs of the mind as well. A specialty in body image improvement allows Shannon to achieve your physical goals with killer, effective, and individualized training programs, but also allows you to improve your overall sense of confidence and well-being in an inspirational, empowering, and professional manner. With her life and training mantra being "strong is the new beautiful", Shannon will teach you to love your body as well as enhance it to be the healthiest that it can be! FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a personal trainer, there are a lot of factors to look out for. Being a degreed and certified individual, I have all the qualifications one should look for. Too many personal trainers out there do not have a clue about health and fitness. Without the proper knowledge, education, and experience, the client is at risk for injury and other health-related risks. When looking for a trainer, it is best to find someone who is passionate about what they do, but also has the qualifications to back it up. The rest are just poisonous.
